Since the start of the Pandemic from March of last year until the March of this year many people have been struggling to make it by. During the Pandemic many working class people lost their jobs and couldn’t work either from a business not being open or counted as essential or the business being closed down entirely (usually small businesses are affected the most by the lack of business). The government helps some people but mainly lose the benefits later on, many Mutual Aid Networks have been formed in order to keep many working class people in their homes. With the formations of Mutual Aid Networks people have assisted people with groceries and many donate in order to get medical bills paid for people who can’t afford the bill. Even with the Anti-Eviction policy that was put up by the CDC there were people that were being evicted and being left homeless or some rent was doubled by landlords. In a time like this we ask for the justice and to help the people look for jobs and be able to survive in a time where many business are closing down due to the lack of business during the pandemic times. Apps like Cash App, PayPal and Venmo make it possible to assist the people who are struggling with the darkest times in their lives and don’t know what else to do. Lending a helping hand through hard times as we are humans in a world of injustice and under capitalism many people will be left homeless. In a time of dark for someone who is struggling with paying bills or can’t get groceries sharing even a post that is asking for some help does wonders and goes along way, keeping people alive is the goal. Solidarity and Peace.
